At Lupe’s Cleaning Service, our employees are thoroughly trained and certified through our proven systems. Whether someone has prior experience or is completely new, our structured onboarding and training program ensures every team member delivers consistent, high-quality results. Each technician must complete training, pass our evaluation process, and meet our standards before becoming certified to serve our clients.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and able to stay active throughout the day. This role involves regular movement, including bending and lifting, so being physically fit is a plus.

We are specifically looking for candidates who are available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
If you have a positive attitude, follow directions well, show up on time, and take pride in your work, you’ll fit right in with our team.
