Professional over the phone with a prompt appointment. Quoted as 4-5 hour job. Needed to work later, but finished same day. Cleaner tech was patient, friendly and got the job done well. She worked very hard. Should have been 2nd cleaner tech.

My garage was visited by a rodent or cat that left urine deposits which smelled terrible. I was in dire need of a cleaning service to disinfect the garage floor & get rid of the nasty odor. Also there was a lot of clutter on the floor that needed to be removed first in order to clean ASAP. I called several cleaning services who were either not available same day or refused the job. Finally, I found Lupe's Cleaning Service on Yelp and Lupe responded & came to my rescue. She sent Lilia out same day who was on time, very pleasant, efficient and handled the job like a pro. She brought her own equipment and began work with little instruction from me. She organized the clutter situation and by the time she finished cleaning, the garage floor was very clean and the smell was gone. She worked very fast. The job was scheduled for 2 hrs, but there was some time remaining for the agreed upon price ahead of time. I asked her to come inside my home and clean a few cupboards until the 2 hrs I paid for were up, which she did without hesitation. I found Lupe’s Cleaning Service on Yelp. They have excellent reviews and I was looking for a more thorough cleaning than the regular housecleaning I get every two weeks. I asked for the Deep Clean service. They were very professional to deal with. They sent two women for the job: Heaven and Susie. Heaven arrived first and stayed the longest - she was excellent, asking questions and making sure she understood what I wanted. Susie arrived later and mainly cleaned the kitchen, including the stove and fridge. She was not as thorough as Heaven and after she left Heaven asked me if Susie’s work was complete. When I pointed out areas that needed more work Heaven immediately took care of it. This company is reliable and professional, but their prices are very expensive for the services they provide. They do let you know what they’ll do and what they won’t do (no dusting shelves with breakables, which makes sense). The final charge was $576.80. When I asked what they would charge to come to my home every other week (my house is 2,500 square ft.) they quoted me $300 for a typical clean (not a deep clean). I currently pay $175 so I’ll stick with who I have. But I may use them again for a deep clean. Final thought: very good, too expensive.

I needed someone on very short notice after moving into my new place, and I’m so glad I found Lilia from Lupe’s Cleaning. The bathroom was pretty gross when I moved in, and she did an amazing job. She left everything spotless and fresh. I had booked her for two hours, and we actually finished with a little time left. Instead of leaving early, Lilia kindly offered to clean another area of the house. She ended up cleaning my stove and the range hood, which was such a thoughtful gesture since she didn’t have to. I booked a deep cleaning service with Lupe to get ready to move into my new condo. Elisa helped up and she did a great job! You can tell she took her time and walked through at the end with me to make sure everything was up to my standards. You could smell how clean the space was as soon as you walk in. I’d definitely recommended booking with Lupe’s services as you will be happy with the outcome but have great customer service as well !

My landlord had my kitchen refurbished and it collected a LARGE amount of Dust all over my living, dining room, and kitchen. I had to move everything OUT of my kitchen for the work and I had a terrible mess to clean up afterwords. So after a quick search I found Lupe's Cleaning Service on Yelp and got a quote, and scheduled time for the weekend. Right on time Araceli arrived and we got straight to work. I had some things that needed putting away that was NOT a celaning service's responisibility, and while I did that Araceli dusted and wiped down everything, vaccummed, mopped and "striaghtened up". It was a BIG help as my bad back would have forced me to spend at least 5-6 hours on just cleaning, let alone the orgainizing that I needed to do. Araceli was friendly and very professional. I would deffinently recommend giving them a try. I find that most people that get upset usually were not as clear with what they want. Just have a conversation and walk them around. My experience was a 1 time thing I needed help with but I'm sure the recurring service is just as good. Worth the money. I won't give a price, since that is very subjective to how many people are working and the level of cleaning that needs to be done. just ask for a quote, send a picture if possible for a better idea of what must be cleaned.

Hired Lupe's Service to do a deep clean on my very elderly (88 yrs) father's home. He is extremely reluctant to allow people in, not quite a hoarder but not a minimalist either! Factor in very poor eye sight/vision and severe mobilty issues, you can imagine what the place looked like. Sesia came to do a deep clean on our house right before we had a party and she was so, so good. She was thorough, she remembered that I wanted to use our own floor spray, she paid attention to the little details that, in the past, I have had skipped by other companies. This was my first time using Lupe’s Cleaning Service. I scheduled a deep clean to get my house ready for the holidays, and they delivered. They showed up when they said they would and treated my home with care, even with my fairly high standards. Everything looked clean, and it smelled clean without that heavy cleaning-product smell. One thing that really impressed me was the bathroom mirrored closet doors. They managed to remove my wife's stubborn, caked-on hairspray buildup I had pretty much accepted as permanent. I knew they were bad but wow, huge difference. My home is about 2400 square feet with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The cleaning took a little over four hours, and the pace was steady and thorough, not rushed. Lilia G. was the lead technician (as they call them), and she did excellent work from start to finish. They also didn’t push recurring service, which I appreciated because I’m not currently ready to commit to that. Overall, I’m pleased with the experience and would definitely use them again.

We were looking for a company to do a deep clean after moving into our new house, and if happy with the service, then to do regular cleaning once a month. Lupe's Cleaning was the only company that actually answered the phone when I called, and on top of that, they worked us into the schedule to come in a couple days. For the amount of cleaning, DEEP cleaning, that we wanted done, the price was reasonable. They also had products that were pet friendly, which is important to me as I work with a couple rescues and always have foster kittens. I'll be the first to admit I'm picky and detail oriented when it comes to having a clean home, and I was not disappointed. The ladies did a FANTASTIC job! We signed up to have them come once a month for a regular cleaning and they have come twice now. We're very pleased with how thorough they are and the ladies are always smiling and friendly. I absolutely recommend them!

Impressive. I was extremely happy with the service. They picked up the phone and scheduled me for the very next day. Showed up on time ready to go. The whole experience was very professional but friendly too. Lilia and Miriam were great. Girls work super fast and efficient and were careful with my things. They cleaned my kitchen, front room and bathroom. Got all the hard water soap scum off the shower tile. Did all my cabinets, appliances, fridge and stove, too. My stovetop was filthy and looks brand new now. Everything smells good and looks shiny. Best part is they followed my instructions especially not to use chemicals on my new polished concrete floor. Needed a deep cleaning for the place we were moving out from in La Habra. When I called to get some information and an estimate, it was super easy to do. Lupe called me right away and gave me a fair quote. Scheduling was smooth. I had to reschedule for a date sooner than what we agreed on and that was easy too. The ladies arrived on the day we planned and a few hours later I got a call and text that the job was done. When we went to do our walk through, it looked and smelled amazing. I’ll start off by saying my house is clean and Lupe’s team did a good job. If that’s all you’re looking for you can stop reading here. If you’re interested in a rant based purely on my own personal opinions detailing who this service is ideal for and who may want to look into other options, read on. If you need a paper trail and documentation (think cleaning related to insurance claims or business tax write-offs) this is the cleaning service for you. If you’re concerned about safety and security or keep valuables in your home, also a great company as they boast staff background checks. If your project is time sensitive, you need a team in order to get it done in a small time frame or need to book last minute, you’ve found your match! Now, if you’re like me and the above items are not of much importance to you, you could end up with some buyer’s remorse when all is said and done. When you are dealing with a company that has overhead costs and uses tools like Docusign for contracts and Service Autopilot for invoicing, you will pay a premium for the convenience of those tools. They even have a client portal. This could be a great value add for a certain type of customer but unfortunately that’s not me. If you have a small modest home like me, if your cleaning needs are not so complex as to need a team, if you don’t need record keeping or documents generated from centralized business platforms, you can likely have your cleaning needs met with a more affordable option. You may just want to go with that referral from someone you know, aka the cleaning lady your coworker or family member told you about who does a great job but you have to pay in cash. Now if you need something more sophisticated but maybe not quite at the commercial level, Lupe is your girl! Me, I’m just a working mom who needed a more detailed clean in between the general cleaning I regularly do. I got that, but at a premium I feel was a little overpriced for the actual cleaning I received.

She cleaned blinds in dining room, and blinds on front door as well as glass. She cleaned master bed room's blinds, bathroom, his and her sinks, counter tops in both bathrooms, tubs, and showers. Both bathrooms were immaculate. Vacuumed carpet in master bedroom and mopped tile floors in master and guest bathrooms. The floors were spotless. Cleaned wooden floor in master bedroom closet. Cleaned sliding glass doors in master bedroom, and vacuumed master bedroom carpet. Cleaned wooden floors in hallway, dining room, and entrance at front door. Cleaned glass and blinds on front door. Excellent service. The ladies that arrived to clean my mother's home were hardworking, friendly and very thorough in their work. The home had tons of dog hair from our German Shepherd but the hair and dander was thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned. It feels better to even breathe in the home now. Did a deep cleaning of our home with Lupe’s cleaning service (Jessica and Sesia). They both did a great job, house is now fully clean and tidy. I called and talked to Lupe, who was pleasant to talk to and thoroughly explained the process. Lupe’s team completed a deep initial cleaning today and the results are very good. Jessica and Esmeralda did a great job with a smile and friendly demeanor. So, we scheduled the first of regular monthly cleaning service for next month. Highly recommended.

What can I say about this company.... first, I called Lupe in December as my current company was getting ready to move. We scheduled our first cleaning, but between the phone call and the date of our first service, my dad had a stroke, and I needed to cancel. She was so kind and understanding and had no problem what so ever canceling our initial service. After a few weeks, my dad is doing great, and I again called to have my house cleaned. I’m a full time working parent and part time student, my spouse works full time and travels for work, and having someone help with house cleaning means not stressing over when/if it gets done. Honestly, I tried finding house cleaning services twice before and they didn’t work out - one could only schedule on weekends and that doesn’t work for my family, the other I couldn’t get in touch with after two phone calls and a calendar appointment for consultation. They were on time, responsive, quick and pretty thorough with their cleaning. Cleaning tech was nice and prompt and cleaned within her time frame. Pricing seems standard for most cleaning these days.

Hortencia and Saraí did a job worth a million bucks. I had a smell in my house that -- no matter how much I changed the trash liners or sprayed Lysol or threw things away, it didn't leave. They couldn't have done a better job. The punctuality is very much appreciated and so is all that elbow grease they put into defunking that kitchen that used to embarrass me. The hair catcher in the tub is a color I didn't even recognize. The walls are spotless. The floors are impeccable. I will definitely call again.

I recently decided to hire a a cleaning company to clean my house. I asked my friends and family for recommendations and unfortunately they did not know of anyone. I was hesitant to use an unknown person. I googled and found Lupe's cleaning company. I called and left a message and was called back and given a quote for 2 levels of cleaning. I chose the deep cleaning option. Lupe was able to schedule me for a Tuesday ( I called on a Saturday). She informed me she would send 2 people for 3 hours at 8:30 am. They were prompt and professional. I had to leave my house at 10 am while they were still cleaning. When i returned home my house looked beautiful. Every room was dusted, base boards cleaned, light and fans cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped, glass showers were sparkling clean, stove, oven and fridge were deep cleaned. I don't know why I waited so long. It's a gift of time to myself and my family. Lupe texted me to ask if I was satisfied. I am extremely happy and plan on hiring to clean 2x per month. Highly recommend. P.S. they also brought my Amazon packages inside my house before they left. Also she send outs quote, contract ahead of time, VERY professional and transparent. We are so happy with the service we received from Lupe's Cleaning Service! Our elderly Mom had refused help with her house cleaning for years, and it was in need of a deep and thorough cleaning. I sent Lupe's an online inquiry, and received a quick response and then phone call. I appreciated the various options for service I was given, such as number of technicians and number of hours I thought were needed. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and Lupe herself is very pleasant and caring over the phone. The day of the cleaning I received a call from Nate, one of the technicians, that they were on the way. Once the team arrived, Nate, Kalanie and Christina worked diligently for three + hours. They weren't able to get everything done, because the house is so big, and my Dad could only handle 4 hours, but they focused on the floors and bathrooms at our request, and I appreciated their flexibility in prioritizing that for us. This was by far the best deep cleaning my house has ever had. From the quick response to my first email through the final walk through, Lupe was completely upfront regarding the tasks completed and the cost. She gave me plenty of notice that my extra dirty house would take longer than first estimated, which I totally expected given my long-haired dog, long-haired daughter, crafting mishaps, cooking adventures, and no professional cleaning for months.
