Heaven and Valerie did an AMAZING job! My bathrooms had some really stubborn hard-water deposits that I honestly thought would never come off. They worked their magic, and the difference is incredible—my bathrooms look brand new again!

They were thorough, hardworking, and paid attention to every little detail. Everything was left sparkling clean, and I’m so impressed with the results. You can really tell they take pride in their work.

Thank you, Heaven and Valerie, for bringing my bathrooms back to life! I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again! 🧼✨

Laura and Heaven did an absolutely wonderful job cleaning our home! They were fast, efficient, very nice, pleasant, and professional from start to finish. We ordered a deep cleaning, and they completed everything in about three hours, which was amazing.

They did an outstanding job—the entire house is immaculate and has that fresh, clean smell. We are very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Laura and Heaven. Thank you both for taking such great care of our home!

The cleaning ladies were nice and super professional. They came on time and were accommodating to my needs. I did a deep for my initial meeting with them and was charged $381. I thought they would have more time for cleaning because not everything I wanted to accomplish was done in that first deep clean. The person quoted me $361 on the phone yet somehow I got charged $381 on my card. There were a lot of reminders on filling out the agreement and terms and conditions to cover themselves and myself as the client in terms of liability which I understand completely. I think it would be best next time to send an estimate and quote in writing prior to coming, and doing more of a walk through together on what needs to be prioritized would have been better. I do intend to still use them to upkeep my home for now because I realize cleaning takes a long time, and manage my expectations that everything can be done in one session. Overall still a good experience and work in progress this company.

First of all, I booked the deep cleaning service last minute but their hours were very flexible and fast. My focus was the window track and blind cleaning which was quite time consuming for the cleaning ladies. It eventually led to overtime for the estimate but, Lupe followed up quickly after the service and she made sure that I was satisfied with everything. Also, the pricing was very reasonable and they waived the overtime.
My cleaning ladies were Yettie(?) and Irene and they were very kind and trustworthy. Overall, I’m happy with the service!

I wanted to share my feedback regarding the recent deep clean for our new industrial building. The entire process was smooth from the start; we received a prompt quote and great follow-up communication. The team was also very accommodating of our timeline.

Irene A. and Mayra G. showed up on time and were exceptionally detailed with their work. They were very professional and took their time to ensure everything was done properly rather than rushing through the job.

At the end, they walked me through the building to make sure everything was satisfactory before leaving. I highly appreciate that extra step and would recommend them for future cleaning services.

My garage was visited by a rodent or cat that left urine deposits which smelled terrible. I was in dire need of a cleaning service to disinfect the garage floor & get rid of the nasty odor. Also there was a lot of clutter on the floor that needed to be removed first in order to clean ASAP. I called several cleaning services who were either not available same day or refused the job. Finally, I found Lupe's Cleaning Service on Yelp and Lupe responded & came to my rescue. She sent Lilia out same day who was on time, very pleasant, efficient and handled the job like a pro. She brought her own equipment and began work with little instruction from me. She organized the clutter situation and by the time she finished cleaning, the garage floor was very clean and the smell was gone. She worked very fast. The job was scheduled for 2 hrs, but there was some time remaining for the agreed upon price ahead of time. I asked her to come inside my home and clean a few cupboards until the 2 hrs I paid for were up, which she did without hesitation. I am more than satisfied with Lupe's Cleaning Service & the job Lilia did was above my expectations! Thank you Lupe & Lilia :-)

I found Lupe’s Cleaning Service on Yelp. They have excellent reviews and I was looking for a more thorough cleaning than the regular housecleaning I get every two weeks. I asked for the Deep Clean service. They were very professional to deal with. They sent two women for the job: Heaven and Susie. Heaven arrived first and stayed the longest - she was excellent, asking questions and making sure she understood what I wanted. Susie arrived later and mainly cleaned the kitchen, including the stove and fridge. She was not as thorough as Heaven and after she left Heaven asked me if Susie’s work was complete. When I pointed out areas that needed more work Heaven immediately took care of it. This company is reliable and professional, but their prices are very expensive for the services they provide. They do let you know what they’ll do and what they won’t do (no dusting shelves with breakables, which makes sense). The final charge was $576.80. When I asked what they would charge to come to my home every other week (my house is 2,500 square ft.) they quoted me $300 for a typical clean (not a deep clean). I currently pay $175 so I’ll stick with who I have. But I may use them again for a deep clean. Final thought: very good, too expensive.

I needed someone on very short notice after moving into my new place, and I’m so glad I found Lilia from Lupe’s Cleaning. The bathroom was pretty gross when I moved in, and she did an amazing job. She left everything spotless and fresh.

I had booked her for two hours, and we actually finished with a little time left. Instead of leaving early, Lilia kindly offered to clean another area of the house. She ended up cleaning my stove and the range hood, which was such a thoughtful gesture since she didn’t have to. I really appreciated her willingness to go the extra mile.

She was professional, thorough, and paid attention to the little details. I’m so happy with the results and would definitely recommend Lilia and Lupe’s Cleaning to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service!

Kalanie did an outstanding job cleaning our home. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. Every room looked fantastic, and it was obvious they took the time to pay attention to the little details instead of just rushing through a checklist.

What really stood out was how they went above and beyond my expectations. They tackled areas I wasn’t expecting, left everything looking spotless, and treated our home with genuine care and respect. Walking into each room afterward felt like a fresh start.

It’s not often you find someone who combines quality work with such a positive attitude, but Kalanie absolutely did. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, detail-oriented house cleaner. Five stars all the way!

Lupe’s Cleaning Service did a solid job overall. The team arrived on time, was very friendly, and left the house clean and well taken care of. The girls working were especially kind and professional, and you could tell they were putting in the effort.
The only downside was that it seemed like their boss was calling them frequently, which made it feel like they were being rushed. That said, they still delivered good results and maintained a positive attitude throughout.
I would definitely consider using them again.

A job that exceeded my expectations! I have a large, 6 burner range that I use almost daily. I had been overdue for a deep clean for some time, and finally decided to spoil myself and call a professional service. Kalanie arrived within the window promised, brought her own supplies, and was so polite and professional. Most importantly, she did an amazing job. My range and hood look brand new! My landlord had my kitchen refurbished and it collected a LARGE amount of Dust all over my living, dining room, and kitchen. I had to move everything OUT of my kitchen for the work and I had a terrible mess to clean up afterwords. So after a quick search I found Lupe's Cleaning Service on Yelp and got a quote, and scheduled time for the weekend.

Right on time Araceli arrived and we got straight to work. I had some things that needed putting away that was NOT a celaning service's responisibility, and while I did that Araceli dusted and wiped down everything, vaccummed, mopped and "striaghtened up". It was a BIG help as my bad back would have forced me to spend at least 5-6 hours on just cleaning, let alone the orgainizing that I needed to do. Araceli was friendly and very professional. I would deffinently recommend giving them a try.

I find that most people that get upset usually were not as clear with what they want. Just have a conversation and walk them around. My experience was a 1 time thing I needed help with but I'm sure the recurring service is just as good. Worth the money. I won't give a price, since that is very subjective to how many people are working and the level of cleaning that needs to be done. just ask for a quote, send a picture if possible for a better idea of what must be cleaned.

We recently hired Lupe’s Cleaning Service for a deep clean at my mother-in-law’s home and I can honestly say they exceeded all expectations.

Unfortunately, my MIL had been sick and the home had been neglected for some time. Despite having a regular cleaner, it truly felt like nothing had been maintained, the floors were caked with dust and dirt and areas like the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned in weeks.

After spending some time there, my husband and I knew we needed help and decided to bring in a professional team for a true deep clean. Lupe’s Cleaning Service had the strongest reviews, and now I completely understand why.

From the start, Zayn was fantastic—very responsive, thorough, and made the scheduling process seamless. When the team arrived, they immediately got to work and were incredibly efficient and detail-oriented.

In just about 5 hours, they completely transformed the home and brought it back to its original condition. The difference was night and day—we were beyond grateful.

If you’re looking for a team that truly delivers on a deep clean, I highly recommend Lupe and her team. They absolutely did not disappoint.

Hired Lupe's Service to do a deep clean on my very elderly (88 yrs) father's home. He is extremely reluctant to allow people in, not quite a hoarder but not a minimalist either! Factor in very poor eye sight/vision and severe mobilty issues, you can imagine what the place looked like. Aracelli and Amber from Lupe's did an excellent job putting my dad at ease, excellently cleaned the crucial areas - bathrooms/kitchen/vacuuming. And as good as one could hope for regarding dusting, tidying etc. I'm out of state so had to arrange all by phone, text and email. Lupe's were wonderful communicators, put me at ease, kept me very much in the loop. Would highly reccommend to others.

My kitchen and and bathroom are so clean, I could give live birth, and or make microchips in either room.

This place feels like it was sterilized by the FBI.
I love it. Thank you Miss Gabby! And the other young lady who came.

I don’t even want to use the kitchen, it looks so good…

Lupe's Cleaning Service from the first moment I reached out on Yelp was fantastic. Quick quote, friendly response, more than fair on their pricing. On the day of cleaning, Lorena and Valerie did a fantastic job! They went above and beyond and made sure I was happy with every room of the deep cleaning. They were respectful of the home, careful around fragile items, friendly, showed up early and were so easy to work with. They were fantastic and a great representation of the company. Would highly recommend!

I started looking for a professional cleaning service because I needed to save time and have one less thing to worry about. I found Lupe's Cleaning Service, gave them a call and they were able to come out the same week. Areceli arrived on time, tackled every thing I asked for in the deep clean and made my house clean and fresh. She was quick and efficient which is exactly what I had hoped for. You're hard work is much appreciated. Will definitely recomend Lupe's Cleaning to family and friends.

As the Assistant Chief of Environmental Management Service for the VA, I hold very high standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and reliability. Kalanie exceeded every one of them.

She arrived prepared, worked efficiently, and delivered a level of detail that reflects true pride in her craft. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, consistency, and respect for the home they’re entering — she did all three.

Lupe’s Cleaning Service continues to prove themselves reliable, responsive, and committed to great customer service. Their communication is clear, their process is smooth, and their staff represents the company well.

Highly recommended.

From the very first booking, the person who handled the phone call explained the entire process very kindly and clearly. They also documented everything in writing, which made me feel safe and confident that this was a trustworthy company.
On the day of service, the two cleaners arrived right on time and came fully equipped with professional cleaning tools. They carefully cleaned all the areas I specifically requested without missing anything.
They mentioned that they might need an extra hour to finish, but since I preferred not to extend the time, they worked more efficiently and completed all the cleaning within the originally agreed time.
I will definitely use this company again if I ever need cleaning services in the future

Sesia came to do a deep clean on our house right before we had a party and she was so, so good. She was thorough, she remembered that I wanted to use our own floor spray, she paid attention to the little details that, in the past, I have had skipped by other companies. My initial inclination was to just do this one-time clean, however I will absolutely be asking for Sesia to come back for a monthly visit. She was also really great with our animals (was nice to the cats and we had a nice little chat about our dog).

This was my first time using Lupe’s Cleaning Service. I scheduled a deep clean to get my house ready for the holidays, and they delivered.

They showed up when they said they would and treated my home with care, even with my fairly high standards. Everything looked clean, and it smelled clean without that heavy cleaning-product smell. One thing that really impressed me was the bathroom mirrored closet doors. They managed to remove my wife's stubborn, caked-on hairspray buildup I had pretty much accepted as permanent. I knew they were bad but wow, huge difference.

My home is about 2400 square feet with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The cleaning took a little over four hours, and the pace was steady and thorough, not rushed. Lilia G. was the lead technician (as they call them), and she did excellent work from start to finish.

They also didn’t push recurring service, which I appreciated because I’m not currently ready to commit to that. Overall, I’m pleased with the experience and would definitely use them again.

We were looking for a company to do a deep clean after moving into our new house, and if happy with the service, then to do regular cleaning once a month. Lupe's Cleaning was the only company that actually answered the phone when I called, and on top of that, they worked us into the schedule to come in a couple days. For the amount of cleaning, DEEP cleaning, that we wanted done, the price was reasonable. They also had products that were pet friendly, which is important to me as I work with a couple rescues and always have foster kittens.
I'll be the first to admit I'm picky and detail oriented when it comes to having a clean home, and I was not disappointed. The ladies did a FANTASTIC job! We signed up to have them come once a month for a regular cleaning and they have come twice now. We're very pleased with how thorough they are and the ladies are always smiling and friendly. I absolutely recommend them!

They did an amazing job on a house we are going to sell and needed it looking spic and span for an open house. The windows were gleaming and the kitchen cabinets were clean. I contacted Lupe’s cleaning service a couple of weeks ago to do a basic cleaning.

Customer service: They were professional, friendly, and quick to respond. They were able to accommodate me by allowing me to do a basic cleaning and a deep cleaning for certain areas in my home.

Availability: Lupe’s availability was impressive. They offered to get someone that same day. I opted for the following day.

Service: Lilia was amazing! Professional, honest and friendly. Her work was spotless and I cannot thank her enough for helping us clean our home! Thank you, Lilia!

Overall, I would highly recommend Lupe’s.

Carla and Claudia were wonderful, they came and went straight to working right away. They covered so much and made my home so much nicer. Very respectful and friendly!

I’ve never used any cleaning services before so I cannot compare but wow, they really made an amazing first impression and earned my trust. I was very embarrassed by how dirty and messy things were. Life just got busy and my home got out of hands. However, not once did any of the professional ladies made me feel ashamed or uncomfortable.

I truly respect what Lupe’s cleaning services did for me, it means more than they know. Sure I could have put some gloves on and did some cleaning myself, but honestly I would never cover as much as they did in the time that they did or as effectively! They really know what they’re doing and they sure as heck earned my business for a lifetime. Thank you so much!

Lupe’s team helped me with a last minute cleaning when my usual cleaner couldn’t show up. Happy with the results and great communication throughout.

I have used Lupe’s Cleaning Service twice now. Both times I have been very happy with the cleaning crew. They were very thorough and efficient. Kitchen was sparkling clean as were the bathrooms and bedrooms. My house definitely passes the white glove test now. Medium price range compared to other companies but well worth spending a little extra.
Highly recommend!

My tenants left the place a mess but Lupe’s got in there and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful, very nice people. My landlady was so impressed with the cleaning as were we. We got all of our deposit back and a lot of that had to do with the fantastic work these ladies did for us.Our place was admittedly very dirty. Between working full time and buying a house and packing to move the last several weeks we had a hard time keeping up. They really did an amazing job cleaning up our mess and we cannot say enough good about how well they handled it. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you so so much Lupe!
